We have tried and tested modules for every stage of the Employee Lifecycle, from attraction and acquisition right through to promotion, succession and building an advocate-based Alumni programme.

MegaTeamOne provided us with a consultant to help us with our Talent Attraction Strategy with particular reference to Software Developers and Testers. It was a hugely productive and informative experience. We covered lots of ground including referral strategies, digital assets, advertising channels, authentic story-telling, CRM, candidate journeys and articulating values and vision to the candidate market.

How we do it /

We design contextual solutions to team performance; following a well-known design process we first understand the definition of success, we then benchmark the existing state through Discovery (primary and desk-based research). Once we have established an agreed view, based on data, we work with your team to co-create workable solutions around our established THRIVE framework. We then manage this programme of work through with you to achieve an optimal and scalable team state – delivering a happier, more engaged and successful workforce.

Why we do it /

We recognise people are at the heart of great service companies, over the last 20 years we’ve heard many companies pay lip-service to employee performance, engagement and development – but working practices today are evolving rapidly and the workforce is changing. MegaTeamOne was designed from the ground up to help companies evolve with their workforce; to really engage with their employees and to measure performance in ways that are actually beneficial and effective for everyone.

We back our approach and processes and as such have developed our own, contextual definition of high performance and staffed this with highly qualified, empathetic and pro-active team members. As you would expect with a contemporary consulting company we have a mix of both permanent consultants and an ever increasing bench of qualified associates who work to a proven standardised process for our clients.

Having run a multimillion pound agency for many years and managed countless hiring agendas for large banks and FTSE 250 companies, Jim believes he has deep appreciation of how to build and manage high performing teams. He brings particular expertise in how to attract and retain real talent. He is passionate about the Vision for MegaTeamOne – an empathetic and practical approach to creating high performing teams.

Andy has spent the last 20 years creating, managing and growing companies. He has managed teams of all sizes and created programmes of performance and cultural improvement which have lead to significant leaps in shareholder value and team happiness. He sits on the board of a number of companies and also heads up the Rokker Network of design-led consulting and agency businesses. He is passionate about inclusion, fairness, process and value and brings all these elements to our engagements alongside the management and mentoring of the wider internal and associate team.

Richard Botting

Richard is an experienced Design Thinking practitioner having spent 19 years as a Creative Director in enterprise-level design studios and co-founding a successful London digital agency. Today, Richard focusses primarily on Proposition and Service Design, helping companies unearth their uniqueness and authenticity.
